Overview
Terrago needs accurate accessibility data to work well, but property owners had no motivation to keep their information updated. The Partner Hub solves this by showing them that keeping their data accurate directly helps them win more business.
- ✓A verification wizard that makes proving accessibility fast and clear
- ✓A sustainability scorecard tied directly to search ranking and bookings
- ✓Real time crowd management driven by live capacity
The Problem
You can't book what you can't trust
Most travel info online is impossible to verify. Photos are often staged, accessibility claims are unverified, and there is no way to know how crowded a place actually is. For families and solo female travellers, this guesswork often leaves them feeling uncertain.
At the same time, property managers had no simple way to prove their spaces were safe and accessible, or to update guests about the changing conditions in real time.
The Approach
Balancing power and simplicity
As the UX/UI Designer and Product Strategist, I owned this project from start to finish. My biggest challenge was balancing two very different needs: giving property operators powerful tools to manage their data, while keeping the traveler's experience completely simple and reassuring. I focused on three main features to solve this.
Proving accessibility drives revenue
I designed an analytics dashboard that shows property owners the financial value of being accessible. By mapping their scorecard directly to search rank and booking increases, updating data stops feeling like a chore and starts looking like a business tool.
Turning claims into verified proof
I built a step-by-step verification wizard to keep traveller data accurate. It guides property partners through uploading certifications and logging precise measurements: like ramp gradients and door widths, building real trust for travellers.
Managing crowd in real time
I designed a crowd control layout for when a site gets too busy. With a single tap, managers can pause incoming arrivals and update the traveler app to manage crowds instantly.
The System
Inside the dashboard

Module 01
Onboarding & verification wizard
A step-by-step flow that makes it quick and simple to prove accessibility features, keeping partners engaged so they actually feel confident in finishing the process.

Module 02
Sustainability scorecard & analytics
A clear scoring system that connects directly to search rankings and bookings, showing property owners the exact financial return of staying compliant.

Module 03
Live crowd management
Live capacity tracking gives managers a clear view of crowds as they build, making it easy to spot overcrowding and keep visitors safe.
Takeaways
Safety for the most vulnerable travellers and a real revenue driver for business, designed as one system rather than a trade-off.
Impact
A two-sided ecosystem
I designed a single product that fixes safety worries for families and solo female travellers, while giving property owners a practical business reason to keep their data accurate.
Safety drives revenue
Connecting data verification and crowd tools directly to search rankings proves to owners that prioritising guest safety actively brings in more business.
What I learned
Balancing two audiences
Designing for two groups with completely different goals helped me understand how to find the overlap in what they both want, creating a better experience for everyone.
Trust requires proof
Travellers only feel safe if a property can back up its claims, so I focused on designing clear tools for owners to show real proof instead of just empty promises.
